missed a week and a half
I've missed the last week and a half and probably the rest of this week due to illness. I was 4 weeks into this journey but only finishing up week 2. Where do you think I should start when I can run again? Should I jump into week 3 and see if I can do it? Or start back at week 2 again?

How should I enter my weight?
Tomorrow is my official weigh in day. Due to a, shall we say, forced extreme reduction in caloric intake, aka the flu, I'm down about 3 pounds in the last 3 days. exercising while sick
What do you do when you're sick? I've had a nasty cold for about a week and I can't breathe well enough to work out. Even walking leaves me gasping for breath. I've been doing C2 5K, but I've taken about a week off. Is it horrible to take a week off like this? Am I going to have to start over with building up my endurance?

calorie count for activity level
When I joined MFP 2 weeks ago I put down that I was moderately active and I was told to eat 1460 calories. I am a stay at home mom and on my feet nearly all day, but just normal household activity.
