It's always the same thing: I get ready to go for a run, I get out there, I start running...and then the anxiety hits me. I am scared people are looking at me or that I look stupid. Today I only made it ten minutes before I had to go home, as I usually run at night when it's less busy. Any ideas on how to overcome this…

How can I make my plain protein powder tasty?
It's Progressive Harmonized Protein, and it's kinda...gross without flavouring. How can I make it tastier when adding to smoothies? I don't add sugar or anything to smoothies, and it's kind of tiresome slamming back my daily smoothie because the protein tastes bad. Any ideas?

Are there any exercises I can do at home with just legs?
I had a surgery five days ago, and won't be able to work out my upper body for another four weeks or so. I am getting pretty restless not working out at all, and I know I need time to heal, but are there any low-impact workouts that won't affect my upper body to do them?
