Hi! I just bought a food scale that I only understand in ounces (the grams weight is really confusing). I just want to clarify, 4oz of flour is how much is grams?!

google it - how many grams is 24 ounces...it automatically pops it up0

4 ounces = 113.398 grams. For future reference if you google "ounces to grams" a little calculator thing comes up and you can use it to convert ounces into grams or grams into ounces. Hope that helps! :-)0

I tried googling it but I wasn't sure. I am tired haha. I figured it out though. Time to go for a run before I fall asleep.0

One oz is 28.35 grams, so to convert from grams to oz do:
(weight in grams)*0.35 = oz weight
or (weight in grams)/28.35 = oz weight
or print off this conversion chart and stick it up in your kitchen, http://www.gramstoounces.co.uk/0 -

Mine too! I usually use the gram setting, since the non-metric measurement for many foods is given in terms of capacity (e.g., cups, tablespoons, etc.) rather than weight.0
