Hey! I found a recipe for an avocado popsicle, but it had double the calories of this one and was not as healthy. So, I hope you guys enjoy this :D

1 Avocado
Coconut Cream ( I use Savoy) 1/2 cup
Almond Milk 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract 1bsp
Honey (or other sweetener) 2 tbsp
Green tea 1-2 bags (depending on the flavour you want)
Water 1 cup (might need more or less depending on you)

The recipe is pretty easy. Let the green tea and water steep. Basically, take all of your ingredients except for the water and green tea, and blend them together. Once the green tea is ready and not boiling hot, pour it into the mix and blend again. Put into popsicle trays, allow to freeze and ENJOY!!

Serves 4-6 (depends on your tray)
Nutritional info (based on 6): 112 calories 10g carbs 9g fat 1g protein 2g fibre 6g sugar

Enjoy!

Thanks! The original recipe called for greek yogurt and milk, AND matcha instead of real green tea. I like this alternative better.

And because my mum got my groceries for me, and bought coconut milk not cream, it'll be even healthier now! :P
