My new gym doesn't have a box or swiss balls... Any recommendations? I just joined, too... Grr. Maybe I'll cancel and find another gym instead :)

Trying to pace myself!
I am nearing the end of stage 1 of NROL4W. I hit the gym 3 times a week and do just lifting (for now). However, I'm struggling with feeling like I'm not doing enough. I push myself hard during my sessions, but I no longer get DOMS. I know when I start stage 2, I'll feel that again. I told myself I'd do only lifting during…

P90 vs P90x vs Insanity
So i'm looking to start a P90, P90x or Insanity in the coming weeks. What is the difference btn the 3? Do they have different 'styles'? Does it matter which one I 'start' with? Thanks for your help everyone :)

How's everyone feeling?!
Did level 1, day 3 last night and I felt better while doing it than I did while doing day 2. I also burned more calories ... ? Maybe I was just pushing a little harder :) What day is everyone on and how are you feeling?

Anyone have a HRM they recommend?
I'm in the market for a HRM that will also show me calories burned. Nothing TOO fancy (about $75 is all I can afford right now) but something that's not going to poop out on me in 2 weeks. And maybe something sort of stylish, but thats not on my list of necessities :)

Pilates at home
Does anyone have any pilates dvds they recommend to do at home? Something short, 30 minutes or so. And I'd probably need a beginners dvd. I've seen a dozen different ones at Walmart and Target and I don't know where to begin. Any suggestions?

Woot woot!
Although not yet to my goal, I am now in the healthy weight range for my height, according to my BMI! I started in the 'obese' category :) Maybe someday, I'll post pics... Maybe :)
