When I check Timmie's website for nutritional info on their new greek wrap it says 460 calories. When I checked mfp it says 220. Hmmm.
This hasn't always happened. Not sure how to fix this.
I have been hiking and using mapmywalk on my phone app to log my exercise for over a year. I have a new vivofit2 and i'm wondering if people have found that both vivofit and mapmywalk track km similarly. I've delayed synching my vivofit2 to mapmyfitness til I know if it will track as well as the gps on my phone app.
I'm interested in hearing from anyone who has done classes. I'm 58 and a friend did it and said it was really an intense workout. I'm looking for something different to supplement my hiking and cycling and jogging. Did you lose weight or just get really toned?
I only did jogging in my 40's a little bit but always liked the feel of it and now with my achilles feeling better, I'm trying it again and liking it. I also hike and cycle so I feel my legs are strong enough. Anyone else adding it to their exercise?
After my initial loss last year of 60 pounds I am maintaining my loss but I have 30 more pounds of fat I need to lose. Mostly in the stomach and upper thighs. If anyone has had experience in cutting carbs to lose the last 30 pounds what ratio of foods did u eat? I have type 2 diabetes which I have been controlling very…
My phone sport tracker switched to kcals and now my calories burned that were sent to mfp were inaccurate. The tally was way off.
Who enjoyed the weather outside for their exercise today? I hiked Saturday and the snow was virtually gone! And went out cycling today!
So pumped to be a size 16. I have to keep trying clothes on to believe it. So nice to be able to shop in more stores.
I'm intrigued by dragon boat racing. Thinking of trying it.
I have a pair of snowshoes from Costco. I enjoyed my time today outside but they do seem to be a bit noisy, especially if I keep in the middle of a packed trail. Quieter if I go on fresh snow.
Spring is March 20 and I'm ready to get rid of those winter overeating instinctual urges. Who's feeling the same? Time to get back to logging food and avoiding sugar like the plague. lol.
I've lost 65 pounds but feeling that push to overeat in the cold month of February. I won't let it derail me too far but is anyone else feeling that?
Just wondering if anyone has a heel spur but jogs and has no problem with pain.
I'm age 58 and still have about 30 pounds to lose. Has anyone in my situation tried pole dancing and had great results or just loved it as an extra exercise?
Just wondered if anyone has requested literature on the eliptical/climber exercise machine advertised on tv lately or has used one.
I've been hiking for a couple of months and I'm amazed at how well I am losing weight. Anyone else finding this too? Cycling worked for me in the summer and I'm finding hiking a good substitute now that it's cooler.
Just wondered if anyone has tried night hiking. I'm enjoying it, sometimes with my husband but mostly with a group.
Does anyone else panic a little when you gain 4 pounds or so? Do you worry that you'll go back to your bad habits and gain more? I know it's just a temporary slide into too many indulgences in the past two weeks but it's a wake up call for sure.
Has anyone started using kettlebell weights and really seen a great improvement in their body weight and toning? I am starting classes in 2 weeks and looking forward to it. I have done mostly cardio but i have lost 42 pounds so far this year. and realize that weights help in weight loss, for fat burning and maintenance. My…
