Excited to be a size 16! Down from a 22!

So pumped to be a size 16. I have to keep trying clothes on to believe it. So nice to be able to shop in more stores.

My advice is to exercise faithfully at whatever activities you enjoy. I didn't join a gym, just used my indoor bike and treadmill and when outside hiked and cycled and climbed the escarpment stairs. Also did some pool classes. Exercise will make healthy living a lifelong commitment and will help get you back on track when you overindulge. For snacks I mostly eat fruits or vegetables. And never starve yourself. Eat.0
