Is anyone else annoyed with kcals as opposed to straight calories from their sport tracker?

My phone sport tracker switched to kcals and now my calories burned that were sent to mfp were inaccurate. The tally was way off.

    kcals is what MFP uses. kcals = Calories = 1000 calories. kcals (or Calories) is what your food labels show.

    1000 calories = 1 Calorie (capital C)= 1kcal

    Outside a lab setting, food is always measured in kcal.

Categories
