Does anyone else panic a little when you gain 4 pounds or so? Do you worry that you'll go back to your bad habits and gain more? I know it's just a temporary slide into too many indulgences in the past two weeks but it's a wake up call for sure.

Holidays can be challenging. Keep logging, keep weighing in, and stay on track. Willpower is the mantra this time of year.

I think this change of weather made me feel like hibernating and squirreling some extra food lol. I got right back on my bike tonight. Thanks for your reply. When I evaluate my weight gain I think that having a temporary setback is one of the most important parts of the journey. It's part of the evolution from fat person to lean person. A true lesson that we can change.

I freak out if I gain 4oz. I really do! I just never want to return to my fat self.

I can understand that feeling. I don't want to be too rigid but I am very dedicated to getting this fat off and keeping it off.
