Calculating from June 6 through June 13 total calories consumed 11278 total calories burned 23614 this includes normal daily activity plus exercise. That make a deficit of 12336. Fat Consumption
Ok I eat nuts and a 1/2 an avocado almost every day. When I do it always puts my fat goal intake way over. I also use Chia or Flax seeds in my oatmeal and yogurt. I know these are healthy fats. So should I just increase my fat count as long as Im eating healthy fats or should I just cut out eating the nuts. I dont go…
