Fat Consumption

Ok I eat nuts and a 1/2 an avocado almost every day. When I do it always puts my fat goal intake way over. I also use Chia or Flax seeds in my oatmeal and yogurt. I know these are healthy fats. So should I just increase my fat count as long as Im
eating healthy fats or should I just cut out eating the nuts. I dont go overboard I eat a serving size and its usually once a day.A serving size of pistachios is 14g of fat so is 3oz of avocado right now I'm supposed to be getting 30g of fat a day.I believe pistachios have the least amount of fat of all the nuts.

I wouldnt worry about being over your fats if its from the great healthy sources youve chosen!0

healthy fats are really important in nerve function and regulating moods. It's also been shown to reduce risks for certain types of cancers. Counting your fats isn't as important as taking note of what kinds of fats you are eating. Do some research and set your own goals for the different kinds of fats.0
