Fat Consumption

Ok I eat nuts and a 1/2 an avocado almost every day. When I do it always puts my fat goal intake way over. I also use Chia or Flax seeds in my oatmeal and yogurt. I know these are healthy fats. So should I just increase my fat count as long as Im
eating healthy fats or should I just cut out eating the nuts. I dont go overboard I eat a serving size and its usually once a day.A serving size of pistachios is 14g of fat so is 3oz of avocado right now I'm supposed to be getting 30g of fat a day.I believe pistachios have the least amount of fat of all the nuts.
