How to get rid of visceral fat?
Besides for working at the current fat I have right now, I was told in 2007 by my electrophysiologist that had viewed my 64 slice ct scan that I had a "fatty liver". Is there a way to get rid of this kind of fat outside of healthy eating and excersize or is there something more that I can or can't change about that?

Do you burn more when...
When taking my son for a walk in his stroller, I do a minimum of 2 miles, sometimes closer to 3. Anyhow, my question is: Do you burn more calories walking on a 90 degree day then a 70 degree day? I had to stop a couple of times because of the heat speeding up my heart rate.

I never got in my reccomended amount of fruits or veggies, and my handheld blender is my new friend. What is the first date I can safely lose x amount of pounds?
I was thinking I could have a goal of losing all 50 remaining pounds by the first day of fall, being September 23, 2011. Is there a sooner date that I could reach my goal without it being unhealthy? How do I figure this out?
