Emotional eaters, what do you guys do? As soon as I try to do some real work, I tend to let the reins loose on the calories. How do you guys manage it when you're doing something difficult and comfort eating makes such earnest applications to your tummy?

Ideas for 1200 calories per day?
I've been averaging about 2,000 - with nearly 4,000 on a particularly bad day - and I think I rather need a little help. Does anybody have any idea how to stick to 1200 and feel full?
