Karate
Since the MFP karate estimate seems ridiculously high for a class that consists of kata, light freestyle and refining moves, what would you recommend I log the class as? I get my heart rate up at the start of the lesson and sustain it for around an hour, what would be a good way to log it?

Fluctuations
I find that my weight never fluctuates downwards however it always fluctuates upwards. This morning, I weighed in at my goal weight. Do I take this as an anomaly?

Eating out
In the restaurant we are going to, it has a section for meals under 700cals. On here, I calculated the meal as about 430calories. So which number would I go with, I'm not exactly sure what sort of oils etc they use, should I round it to 500 and leave it at that or use the 700?

MFP targets
At the moment, MyFitnessPal has me on 1260 calories for .5 a week weight loss. However, this seems a bit low to me. should I give it a go first or use another method of calculating my calories? ETA: I'm 5"2, 109lbs

Omelets
Theoretically speaking, a plain, one egg omelet would have the same amount of calories as a normal egg (eg. boiled) However, I'm wondering whether this is actually the case. Thanks in advance

I'm new to this and I'm wondering how to battle my sweet tooth, any low calorie ideas? I don't have much in the house at this moment but I don't really want to indulge in a 500 calorie treat!
