In theory, it would lead to 2lbs of weight gain so I would recommend slightly cutting your intake for a while to balance it. Nothing drastic though

The restaurant says 700 calories and under.. Its chicken, grilled(sorry), with a jacket potato alongside some sides (will calculate seperately) Would I go with something like 500/ 600 as I'm unsure of the exact brands etc

However, MyFitnessPal often underestimates these things so I would say, try it for a while and depending on whether you lose weight at your desired rate, change it if needed ETA: you only have 40lbs to lose so maybe 1lb or 1.5lb per week would be a better goal

I'd say do resistance for now and see how it goes. Maybe have a small deficit (100 or so)

Those are all great ideas :) I went for a run, and since it was still there I allowed myself 1 square. Thats only like 20 calories so it won't affect anything
