Anyone have or had your abdominal muscles split after childbirth!?!?!? I have about 2 finger width when I do the crunch test and this causes my stomach to buldge.. Do you find that planning out your whole menu for the day and logging it down first on MFP before you eat is a better way then logging in after you eat?

Soooo..... I'm now just trying to squeeze time in for some excercise after having my son 6 month ago (yikes time is flying) I'm thinking if it's a good idea to start up with "Insanity" right from the starting gate or should I loosen up with a weeks worth of elliptical training then dive into to all of the cardio workout?…

Good Fruits and Bad fruits.......
So as I'm entering my food log I find out that for 2 cups of green seedless grapes are about 200 cals and about 50 carbs.....that seems pretty high for fruit doesn't it? Would you think that this would be considered a bad fruit choice? What actually is a good fruit anyways......?

Eating too much protein.....
So confused... I think that protein is good for you ... MFP gives me 45 counts for protein and I ALWAYS go over that! Can't help it... Love my meat! Is it ok to go over on the protein count? Would that mess up my weight loss?

Has anyone tried out the Zumba DVD's?
I want to try the Zumba DVD's that I saw on an infomercials but am curious if it was too gimmicky... Has anyone tried it out and had results?
