Is it really bad to go over on protein that fitness pal suggested? I keep on going over and am in the negatives but still have a lot of calories left....

MFPs base number for protein is really really low.
The basic rule of thumb for a physically active person or recreational body-builder is to eat 1 gram of protein per pound of lean body weight. (Please note the "lean")0 -
Nope Protein and Fiber are good to go over on!0

No protein is great but you have to have Fiber as well or you can get CLOGGED up. Protein keeps you fuller longer and it so important to your diet!0

Just make sure your active. Used protein can turn into fat.0
