Makes total sense... I'll try to get as lean as possible without trying to make the split abdominal muscles worse to see where that gets me... I guess the fear is that I do something that makes it worse. Pure cardio seems to be the ticket as of now... I can say one thing.. Surgery is def not an option.....

I honestly get up and walk around.. to talk to people, to go to the bathroom, to just srtetch the legs... but then the vending machine is screaming at me... oh boy....

I wouldn't worry so much about the numbers but it's definitely a target to reach... Once you start burning off the fat you would gain the muscles and the muscle weight is what you would start to see on the scale.. judge by looking in the mirror :) Good Luck!

There are times when desperate measures are needed... and I think you need your coffee fix... A few sipps shouldn't hurt you... 10 oz shoudl fix it!

I was told that the calorie count is close to accurate... Man... I tell you.... Grapes are sooo addictive once you eat one... Who ever knew the counts were sooooo high... (don't have to answer that....) :P

I'm doing the Insanity Program mixed in with Elliptical... I LOVE IT! I sweat soooo much and Love it! Just dive in a do it! You'll say "This is Insane" throughout the whole session! I do have to say that I am not a big fan of the insanity abs so I substitute it with the P90x abs...

I find myself weighing in every morning and night... I log in MFP when I can. I think that it is overly obsessive but I think it keeps me in track. Let's me know if what I'm doing is causing the results...

That helps but... Now I'm questioning why when I workout on my elliptical for 30 min and some resistance I burn 500 and some calories... That's about 15 min less of Insanity and way less intense but more of a calorie loss......... Am I being to much of a calorie counting junkie?
