Hair loss has been happening for a year now.. what could this be?
My hair started falling out when I started dieting and exercising a year ago. Overall I lost 40 lbs. Steady state cardio workouts?
I am getting an HRM soon, so I was reading about them and I understand that you get the most accurate amount of calories burned by doing steady state cardio... so my question is, what exercises are considered "steady state"?

Daily calories and macros went up randomly?
I was logging my food for the day when I noticed that my daily calorie goal AND macros goal somehow re-set themselves and are way too high than I'd like right now. I'm kind of confused because I went to go change my goals but it says its still the same as its always been (1200 cals). Why is it saying 1551 now!? also…

What weight dumbbells should a beginner get?
I am buying my first pair of dumbbells tomorrow since I am unable to go to the gym. I'm not really sure which weight I should start off with since I am a total beginner at exercising. What do you guys think? p.s. I'm not very strong... yet! lol :)
