What do you eat on your non-excersize days?

I won't be able to work out tomorrow so I'm looking for some meals and/or snacks that would be filling yet not too many calories :) what do you guys usually eat on your rest days??

    My food on off-days are the same as days I work out.

    Chicken, veggies, ice cream, donuts, pie, cookies...

    Haha I wish I could eat what I usually do too without feeling guilty =/

    There is no need to feel guilty if you practice fitting certain types of food into your daily caloric allowance.

    Everything in moderation.

    Agree with PP. I eat the same thing all week. I just eat a bit more of it when I exercise. As long as I'm netting what MFP suggests I net, I'm cool.

    I eat the same as I do when I workout, maybe just slightly less since I wont have exercise calories to eat back.
