1mo progress- the scale doesn't tell the whole story!

Morbidly Obese Children- Abused?
Saw this article today: http://news.sky.com/story/1276875/parents-arrested-over-obese-11-year-old-son The child is 11 years old, 5'1, and 15 stone. BMI of almost 42. The child protective services took him away. So, here's the question: Do you consider it child abuse?? I see it from both sides, but I lean towards yes.

How do I make a shake with unflavored powder?
I can't seem to make it taste good! I have tried instant coffee but not even that worked... what am I missing? I need the extra protein- I'm building muscle right now and I'm trying to get 140 a day on the advice of my trainer.

Is anyone else working on losing for medical reasons?
