Activity
Hello! Just a quick question - does MFP adjust Fitbit calories depending on your activity level on MFP? For example - my ‘extra’ calories today are 488 based on steps and a swim calculated by Fitbit. My activity level on MFP is lightly active. If I change it to not active/more active would the calories change? I’m trying…

Activity level
Hello! Another activity level question, haha. So on MFP I've set my AL at lightly active. I work full time in a convenience shop, 5 days 9 hours a day. I spend the whole time maybe not 15 minutes on my feet, walking around, filling, etc, etc. Genuinely I don't tend to take a break. My fitbit calculates between 9000-12000…

Fitbit exercise
Hello! Does anyone know why MFP logs your fitbit calories differently to fit bit? For example, I did a swim which my fitbit says burned 701 calories, but MFP says I """earned""" an extr 497? I mean I don't really mind which it should be, but I don't get why it's different? Thank you :)

Exercise calories
Hello! Does anyone know why the exercise calories on MFP changes throughout the day? I did a swim this morning which my Fitbit synced to MFP but it doesn’t then give the same calories as Fitbit does and it changes throughout the day too? This morning it was 488 now it’s 430 but my Fitbit is 699 lol?

Confused...

But I've lost weight this week now quicker than when I was running 5/6 days a week? I'm not eating any more or less than I was when…

Anyone help explain?
I've trawled through all the threads and everything, but I'm STILL confused with TDEE, Net Calories, etc. My TDEE is 1,700 (or 1,500, which is what another calculator is giving me...). With MFP, I've got it on goal of 1,200 calories a day, and I really struggle to hit that, before taking away any exercise. After exercise…
