Confused...

Hiya. A week ago I badly hurt my leg while out running and haven't been able to run for a week now. I thought that my lack of running would make me either gain weight or at least not lose any? But I've lost weight this week now quicker than when I was running 5/6 days a week? I'm not eating any more or less than I was when I could run. Can anyone explain? :)

Exercise creates tears in your muscle, which cause your body to retain fluids to repair them. So when you stop exercise for a week or two, your body will fully repair those muscles and you will not retain fluids.

Once you start exercise, the fluids will come back.

On a side note, it would probably be more beneficial to add in some resistance training and even drop cardio. In order to help your muscles repair, you don't want to do the same exercise daily. In fact, if you work the same muscles continuously, it can increase the chances of hurting yourself as muscles fatigue.
