30 Day Shred. Is it enough as far as Strength Training goes
So I bought the 30Day Shred managed to get through the 1st week! Jillian kicked my butt! My question is: Is the 30Day Shred enough or should I incorporate more weight training exercises into my weekly routine? I currently do cardio at least 3-5 times/ week at my local gym.
