30 Day Shred. Is it enough as far as Strength Training goes

So I bought the 30Day Shred managed to get through the 1st week! Jillian kicked my butt!

My question is: Is the 30Day Shred enough or should I incorporate more weight training exercises into my weekly routine? I currently do cardio at least 3-5 times/ week at my local gym.

Any advice would be appreciated.

    I recently asked this same question! I still do the gym everyday for 45min and the 30ds at night, it works for me!
  • I just started it this week too, but I will continue to do my cardio and occasional strength training a couple of times a week as well.

    I can't answer your question but I will say that it depends on your goals. In 30 days you can always revise those goals, and continue revising until you see the results you're looking for. Good luck!
