Does anyone experience a "heavy" period the first 2 days? Does anyone know of any natural ways to reduce the "flow"? I heard that exercising, diet (reduce sugar) and ving. cider can help? Any suggestions will be appreciated! :)

HELP.......
Please someone help me, what am I doing wrong???? I exercise everyday for a min of 45 mins and I'm trying to eat right but I;m not losing weight like I should? I've toned up a bit and lost 3 pounds in 1 1/2???? I was told I'm not eating enough calories? Any input would be greatly appricated!!!

Please help me understand about calories that you eat, burn, ect......for example how many calories would I need to eat if I wanted to lose a pound a week? And the calories added back in for exercise, should I eat them back? I burn between 250-350 a day depending on the exercise. I've toned up a lot but the weight isn't…

How can I reduce back fat? What exercises are good...I'm doing cardio but I carry a lot of weight on my back due to Scoliosis. Any input is helpful!
