I'm 39yr and I have 4 kids (20yr, 16yr, 13yr, 10yr) II lost the weight with the first 2 very fast, but I was younger. My 3rd took me about 6 months to lose it. bump..... however, i have cut bread out and I'v noticed a little difference, I think the wheat bread was making me bloat??? It's a baby step. I would like to know what other epeopel have to say too.

I'm doing both right now, however after doing 1 week of 6w6p, I really don't feel it in my core??? I've done Insanity, P90X and TF core and I feel the burn....I'm a little disappointed :( Im going back to Insanity, it works for me! Good luck :)

I'm on week one day two tonight.....I like it so far, it's a good workout in a short period of time. I was doing Turbofire but I hurt my ankle so I started ripped, easier on my ankle. I ordered the 6 week to a 6 pack and I'm going to do both together; my belly is my "problem" area. Good luck to everyone on their journey!

I workout after work..but to make sure I workoout even if I' tired that day, I go straight home change throw in my DVD and go! I don't give myself enough time to sit down or relax, I'll do that after :)

thank you for the information....I drink no less then 80oz of water a day (probablt more), so I'm getting enough fluids. What do you suggest I can do if I am constipated?

In the same boar, lol my co- workers look at me funny so I told them I have a bladder the size of a pea ;) I drink over 100oz a day! Also, I noticed while I'm workingout I have to press pause to use the bathroom; and I even go to the bathroom before I start??? lol

Ok...lol I figured out how to change my carb, fat and protien intake.....I was only going by what the site caculated for me :( maybe this will help!

My carb intake is at 209 a day, but thats from this iste caculating it....how do I change it to lower and so I am more mindful of it....this is all sooooo new to me and Im trying not to get discouraged....everyone has been so helpful :) Can I hire any of you to make my meal plan for the day? ;) lol

HAHA not stalking me, your very helpful......I always thought by increasing my calorie too much I wouldn't lose weight? I'm scared to over eat, lol
