Need ideas on good carbs or foods that I can eat without pushing me over my carb intake for the day???? THANKS!!!

Lots of veggies! Very nutritious, naturally low in carbs - esp. the green, leafy ones. Starchier ones or ones with higher sugar content (carrots, corn, for ex) don't fare quite as well in that area.
Greek yogurt - very high in protein, low in carbs.
And of course, any protein has little to no carbs - eggs, fish, chicken, turkey, cheese (esp. string cheese - low cal. cheese option).0 -
my boss told me about quinoa the other day and she brought some to work today...I'm going to try it! Does anyone have good recipes to make with it that they can share?0

Check out dlife.com. They have some excellent low carb recipes that are SOOO yummy! I've tried three new ones recently - Wilted spinach & pinenuts, baked shrimp & chicken cilantro. All were delicious and way low on the carbs!0
