Sugars in bananas
I'm trying to lose fat and I eat a lot of bananas (shakes make for easy meals) but I'm always over my cap for sugar. Like double due to almost 5 bananas a day. Adding Whole wheat GRAINS
I used approx. 170g of grains of whole wheat (http://bulknaturalfoods.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/Oat_Groats.jpg). How would I search this to put this into my diet? I tried "whole wheat grain" and "whole wheat grain berries" but didn't find anything.

Measuring pasta - uncooked or cooked?
For about a week I've been eating about 1 to 2 cups of pasta (Barilla Whole Wheat Rotini). This measures to 56g or 112g. Can I eat anything while keeping within macros?
I'm currently keeping within my macros and not exceeding my calorie count. With that in mind, I'm satisfying my carb count by eating whole grain pasta and on some days, popcorn. Even though I'm keeping within count, is there any drawbacks to eating pasta and/or popcorn on a daily basis?
