Adding Whole wheat GRAINS

I used approx. 170g of grains of whole wheat (http://bulknaturalfoods.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/Oat_Groats.jpg). How would I search this to put this into my diet?
I tried "whole wheat grain" and "whole wheat grain berries" but didn't find anything.

It looks a lot like farro (though I can't tell my rice from my quinoa
). Could you use a farro entry as a close approximation? How about oat bran?

"Whole wheat grain" is going to be too generic. If you want results, enter the specific food you're eating -- I tried "oat groats, raw" and it returned multiple results. You'll probably want to double check for accuracy.0

You might also try "wheat groats" (your picture is of oat groats, according to the title of the jpg)0

I found it under "Groats". There are several entries0
