Bulk > Cut, am I doing it right?

I went from being skinny-fat to putting on decent muscle but still kinda fat. I was following this diet for about a year or so

Another user told me that I'm light on fats and too much on protein. I've adjusted the macros to 40c 35f 20p:

    I didn't even look at your macros....but think you need to eat more nutrient dense food. And log more accurately - too many "serves", "medium sized", "one scoop" etc. - all dry/solid foods should be weighed, including protein powder. (what is a rounded scoop... Who determines how big the "round" part is?)

    Where are the vegies and fruit?

    Personally I'd bump the fat up more. But that's just me...
