Keema
1.5lbs ground beef
(!)3 tbs dry onion
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon tumeric
1 teaspoon salt
3 tbs olive oil
(!)1 medium tomato
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
8 servings
I'm worried about the tomato and the dry onion but this recipe makes about 8 servings so is there a cause for alarm?
Shami (http://www.gharerkhabar.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/foodKabab.jpg)
4 lbs of beef
(!)3 medium-sized onions
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 tbs olive oil
4 pieces cardamom
2 small sticks of cinnamon
1 teaspoon black cumin seed
About 50 pieces made
Here, I'm worried about the 3 onions but the recipe makes 50 pieces so is there any worry here?
Thanks if anyone can give insight!

Why exactly are you 'worried' about onions and tomatoes, if you don't mind me asking?0

Various websites listed them as 'danger' items:
" Limit sweeter vegetables such as tomatoes, carrots, peppers, and summer squashes. " - http://www.ketogenic-diet-resource.com/low-carb-food-list.html

I personally don't see how any fruit or veg can be a danger item.
Ok there's, probably a fair bit of sugar in some fruit and veg, but its natural, but its not like eating a whacking great slab of chocolate cake, is it?
Unless there are any health reasons to avoid certain fruits and veg then it's nothing to worry about.0 -

So...you are worried about fruits and vegetables that have been linked to positive health benefits such as cancer prevention, lowering blood pressure, skin health, eye health...not to mention provide excellent sources of vitamins and minerals that your body needs?0
