what is everyone's favorite fast food salad? So far, I think that the zaxby grilled chicken salad is the best. With no straws or toast it is only 350 calories and 7 carbs!

Atkins and calories
3 days in and 4 pounds lost! The cravings are managable, and i feel like i am eating a lot. The only problem is that i am finding it really hard to get above 1000 calories. Any ideas to help me get to 1500? Thanks!
