3-6 lbs depending on time of day. The hardest part for me is the week before because I want to eat everything in sight!

I have a shelter dog. She is part pit and part italian greyhound. During the summer she helps me loose a lot of weight. I hate that in the winter we are both too cold to go outside!

@bigwildonion - What are free weights? @awesomeJobe - I am too short for the elliptical. LOL! My feet come off of it and it really hurts my back. My back limits a lot of what I do since I am very "well blessed" and if I do a rowing machine or elliptical my back aches for days.

I agree. I haven't eaten more than 1400 cal in a day in almost 2 weeks. I eat until I am not hungry. I have plenty of energy. I have found that once I take out sugar from my diet, I stay at about 1000 cal a day. You cant tell me that I need to eat a reese or my body will go into starvation made!

I have cut down a lot on what I drink, but I still enjoy a glass of wine two or three times a week. Does not seem to make a huge difference in my weight loss

The benefits who be that she would start her body in Ketosis which will help her lose weight. She would have have to do extreme low card >20 a day for about 1 week. Then maybe 2 or 3 weeks at 35-45 and then back to normal. The difference is the way her body processes food.

Thank you everyone for your helpful - and no so helpful - comments. I am hoping to make this a long term change. I did my research before I started, and I started the lifestyle change because of medical reasons. So far I feel great, I was just worried about not eating enough.

Water helps. Whenever i get a craving i just drink a lot of water. It hwlps me a lot.

I've lost 4 lbs, and I swear it must be brain mass, because my pants and shirts still fit the same. I just keep holding on, because I know someday everything will get baggy!

I don't know for sure, but I know that I try to eat a lot of protein because it gives me the best amount of energy when I am working out. Carbs make me tired. So I guess that I try to stay away from carbs and sugars because the other food makes me feel much better.

I think I am going to try them. There is a place in town that it is only 30 bucks for a month. A girl at work took them but only took half a dose and lost a lot of weight! My husband doesn't like the idea, but .....

Same thing happened to me and Soda. Now it just tastes like sugary syrup.
