Down 7 in my first week

I started on Monday and dedicated myself to exercise and eat right. Got a trainer (which I start with on Tuesday) so this week was just 1 day of exercise and 1 week of eating right. I didn't want to do too much at one time, so I think that I am now comfortable with the food changes I can now work on both. Off to the gym now working on C25K week 3! Then full force with exercise and eating right!
