NSV after ACL surgery
Today is the first time I have been able to ride my exercise bike at my pre surgery speed for a sustained amount of time! YAY!!! It has been a L-O-N-G 5 weeks.

Bobby's Burger Palace...what did I just eat?!
After leaving the gym, my friend and I stopped at the new restaurant that just opened here in town. We split the buffalo burger and the crunchy salad. Does anyone have any idea how many calories his menu items contain? Glad I only had half on my plate. It was so good, I would have eaten the whole thing!

92 Miles!
So I have a stationary bike that has been sitting in my basement for 5 years...mostly unused. Since I joined MFP 6 weeks ago, I've started using it on a regular basis. My goal has increased from 50 miles, to 60 to 65...this week I managed 92 miles. I NEVER thought I would be able to bike that far!!!!

Frozen Grapes!
I washed then froze a bunch of red seedless grapes. They are fantastic! Very cold though...lol which only means I eat them more slowly than regualar grapes. Definitely worth having in my freezer for a sweet snack.

Eating back exercise calories late at night
Hi, So I love to ride my stationary bike but can only do so when the kids have gone to bed for the night. I sometimes ride an hour or more. The problem is when the website totals my calories burned through exercise (for the day) I may have anywhere between a100-900 calorie deficit. I go to bed within a half hour after…
