Mini challenges

Hi! Does anyone have any suggestions for daily/weekly mini challenges? I did the 3500 calorie burn for one week and now LOVE the idea of mini challenges. I would love to plan something attainable for every day of the week. Thanks!

one day of the week try to get in as many stairs as you can. Climb stairs as often as you can in one day and then log it. Do this on every Tuesday or something. Make every Sunday a fast day and have a liquid only diet.0
