NSV after ACL surgery

Today is the first time I have been able to ride my exercise bike at my pre surgery speed for a sustained amount of time! YAY!!! It has been a L-O-N-G 5 weeks.

    that is an awesome NSV! i tore mine 7 weeks ago and am anxious for surgery so i can get this long rehab overwith.
