Going food shopping!

Hi! I am going food shopping in a little while and need some good ideas for "grab and go" type low calorie snacks. I am looking for some new things to try...can anyone suggest anything? I need to watch my sodium intake...the older I get-well y'know how THAT goes! Thanks in advance - Michelle

Mini Babybell light cheese
Greek yogurt (plain- flavor it yourself with fruit, jam, honey, etc.)
Hummus and baby carrots (I have seen single serving hummus too)
Dehydrated fruit
Hard boiled egg (make 6 eggs ahead of time and keep them in the fridge)
Baby carrots or broccoli florets- I'll eat those with hummus or low fat dressing or Greek yogurt made into a savory dip0 -
All of the above and how about those Blue Diamond 100 Calorie Almonds (with no sodium or the LOW Sodium).0

Ha! LOL...I never thought of fresh vegetables!
Thanks for the suggestions...btw I LOVE Hummus. I forgot about the single serve size. My mom had some at her house a couple of months ago. I am going to look for them.
