Hi! I am going food shopping in a little while and need some good ideas for "grab and go" type low calorie snacks. I am looking for some new things to try...can anyone suggest anything? I need to watch my sodium intake...the older I get-well y'know how THAT goes! Thanks in advance - Michelle

    Mini Babybell light cheese
Greek yogurt (plain- flavor it yourself with fruit, jam, honey, etc.)
Hummus and baby carrots (I have seen single serving hummus too)
    Dehydrated fruit
Hard boiled egg (make 6 eggs ahead of time and keep them in the fridge)
Baby carrots or broccoli florets- I'll eat those with hummus or low fat dressing or Greek yogurt made into a savory dip

Good stuff. Raw almonds are a great grab and go food.

Ha! LOL...I never thought of fresh vegetables!
Thanks for the suggestions...btw I LOVE Hummus. I forgot about the single serve size. My mom had some at her house a couple of months ago. I am going to look for them.
    Thanks everyone.
