Sorry if this isn't the right place for this, but does it look like the nutrition info cookies was calculated right? It says 0g per serving(1 cookie) but there is a cup of it in the recipe. Also, feel free to make some of your own! They're really good. Add a splash of milk and they come out so soft and chewy.

Raw vs Cooked weight?
So I always weigh my meats before they're cooked but I'm roasting a chicken for supper tomorrow and was wondering how to go about weighing the portions. If the meat is weighed after cooking will it change anything? Like is 4oz of raw chicken the same in nutritional values as 4oz cooked? Would anything change?
