Hi people
After a while of trying to loose on my own and failing this site seems like it will be a huge help in getting to fit in my favourite jeans again.
Joined a few days ago and am enjoying so far, and realized how much salt was hidden in all the tasty foods despite thinking I was doing decent with the salt intake.
Kind of on the more self conscious side so diary is hidden for now(and until there is money to buy better groceries!)
So the intro thread may not be the best place to ask but, is the USDA nutrition info also good for products in Canada? I know we have alot of the same brands and alot is imported but what about grocery tore brands of the same foods? Like a pack of store brand fresh chicken thighs?
