Question on beef

So there are these steaks sitting in the freezer, inside round(top round) marinating steaks that would look better on a plate then the freezer. Only problem is I'm not sure how to get good data on it. Looking at the usda site and the site of the beef company(sterling silver) hasn't helped at all.
The usda has listings for different percentages of fat and being relatively new to tracking food do not know what to use. The label on the steaks themselves does not give any info on the trim. Is there any easy way to tell? Also, should I go with the raw entries if how it's being cooked isn't listed or am not sure?

Go to the entries in the diary and compare/contrast to the label and USDA number; best of luck.0

Looking up the usda again, there's not much fat on them(fat = nasty to me at least) but I'll probably go with the 1/8 just to be safe.
Or I can save them for a 'cheat day' next week but they want in my stomach soon0
