Keeping It Moving
I have come to the realization that working out first thing in the morning works best for me. I tend to make excuses if I don't. I'm so proud of myself, I've be consistent with my exercise and changes with monitoring what I eat. GO TASHIA!!!! Any suggestions/recommendations?
