Angry workouts
Do any of you in MFP Land work out when you're pissed off/angry? I am seeing red right now and i haven't worked out in a couple of days due to fatigue. I am worried I might injure myself if I try and lift today. :explode:

Sweet frustration
Happy Friday everyone! I have my sugar macro set for 30 grams/day. I am attempting to only eat naturally occuring sugars like what would be in fruit. What is that ONE exercise you can't stand?
When I do push-ups I cry. Literally. I cry because I feel like I am SO weak in my upper body. I can crank out 15-20 knee push-ups but cannot do 1 "to the floor" toe push-up. :cry:

A pound of flesh...among other things.
With the wealth of information floating around out there I find it simpy unbelievable that there are still people out there who believe one pound of muscle weights more than one pound of fat. They are the same...ONE POUND! A pound is a pound is a pound. :huh: Happy hump day!

I'm not new to MFP but have recently decided to expand my circle of support. Living with a mountie - or any spouse who works in emergency services - has its challenges and I was wondering if there are more of you out there? Cardio 6 days a week - too much?
I currently do strength training 3 days a week and HIIT 3 days a week. I would like to up my cardio sessions to 6 days a week with at least 4 sessions being HIIT for that extra calorie burn. Any thoughts on whether it's too much? :smile:
