What is that ONE exercise you can't stand?

When I do push-ups I cry. Literally. I cry because I feel like I am SO weak in my upper body. I can crank out 15-20 knee push-ups but cannot do 1 "to the floor" toe push-up.

Running. Hate it, hate it, hate it.
I used to hate pull ups. But trainig and persistance prevailed. I do them all the time. ie.. I could only manage about 4. Now i can do 3 sets of 10 easy.0 -
Insanity floor switch kicks.... I think I have short arms or something. I know I will never be a break dancer, lol.0

Lunges & squats
I can't do a real push-up either due to the pressure on my wrists. I can do a girl push-up (on my knees instead of toes)0 -
I hate anything that puts my head upside down (like mountain climbers). I don't even know why, I just hate it!0

I absolutley HATE LUnges...it just feels so akward to me and un natural ...I used to hate squats but now they are not to bad!0

I despise the elliptical. It puts me in a fowl mood.0

On JM Killer Buns & Things Level One, that horrid jump squat into a warrior lunge-thingy!!! ACK! I am SO not coordinated for that one..0

Abs...SOOOO BORING. If it doesn't include plyometrics or weights, it's boring.0

I'd agree with Push-ups. I can barely do 10 or so and watching Mr. Tony Horton busting out 40+ is rather discomforting.
My least favorite would probably have to be the "Superman Banana" that you do in P90X. It makes me feel so sluggish.0 -
Pull-ups, because i've not yet mastered them. Or maybe this evil new exercise my trainer introduced yesterday, which basically consists of a donkey kick while balancing the Smith machine bar on your instep.0

I have push - ups, can't do them even if my life dependant on it!! My goal is to gain enough upper body strength so that I can do them :sad:0

Walking on a treadmill ... it bores me SENSELESS! I've tried reading, music and TV while treadmilling and none of them help. However, I do like walking, it is one of my favorite exercises.0

the weight machine where you sit back into it, put your ankles under the roller, and lift it up to work your quads. I don't know the name, quad extensions maybe? that device always makes my knee joints HURT. I'll stand in horsse stance until my quads are quivering, but I HATE that machine!0

Hmm. Many women seem to have a problem with pushups. Try some flat bench starting with just the bar (45lbs) and go from there. Also use the bench machine and dumbells. Add these to the workouts.0

Try Ab Ripper X from P90X.... I think that is fun and challenging. Even the Insanity Ab workout is okay, but I like Ab ripper the best.Abs...SOOOO BORING. If it doesn't include plyometrics or weights, it's boring.0
