Cardio 6 days a week - too much?

I currently do strength training 3 days a week and HIIT 3 days a week. I would like to up my cardio sessions to 6 days a week with at least 4 sessions being HIIT for that extra calorie burn. Any thoughts on whether it's too much?

I started doing two sessions a week with a personal trainer a couple weeks ago. She told me 3 strength training sessions a week and 5-6 days of cardio. Right now I'm doing twice a week with the trainer, followed immediately by 45 min of super sweaty cardio. I do spin 3-4 times a week and do a strength session on my own or a group strength class. If I spin 3 times, not 4, I'll do elliptical and a hilly treadmill walk on that 6th day.0

Nope, no problem, as long as you eat the calories you burn (i.e. net 0 for the day after calorie goal + exercise).
I usually (try) to do some cardio 7 days a week.0 -
What's the signifigance of eating my exercise calories?0

You need to properly fuel your body for the workouts to maintain your metabolism. Otherwise your body will start to burn off muscle tissue instead of fat.
It's like driving a car, the car gets 300 miles on a tank of gas, if you want to drive 400 miles, you need to put more gas in it. Your body works the same way, your daily calorie goal just includes your normal daily activity, exercise is extra work, so you need extra fuel.0
