I have a cross trainer and stationary bike, I've just done 20 mins on it at high resistance and it says I burned 700cals! :ohwell: but MFP says a LOT less. elliptical trainer, quick question!
On my elliptical it said I had burned 327 cals in 15 mins, I had the tension up pretty high I have no idea if that makes a difference, but MFP says only 238 or something like that, which do I go by?!

My progress so far!
Just found out I've lost 14lb in 4 weeks, also looked at my measurements chart and it says I've lost 12 inches altogether! Pretty pleased with it :) I never thought I'd lost but got weighed at the Dr today :D

I've just done day 13 of the 30 DS, and.... I've lost NOTHING, not even a lb. I've lost inches, can see and feel the difference but my scale won't budge?! WTH?! :( so disheartening!

quick question about 30 day shred levels
do you still log level 2 as general circuit training for 20 mins? I was told to do that for level 1 and wasn't sure if I should just do the same?

Calorie consumption and calorie burning.. HELP?!
In order to lose a decent amount of weight do I have to be burning more calories than I am consuming? Like if I ate 1200 cals would I need to burn all of those off plus more?! I find this impossible. Felling like a failure (need some help)

How can I up my calorie intake?
I have only been consuming about 800-900 cals a day but was told I should take in about 1000-1200 (MFP gives me a goal of 1330) but I don't want to eat loads of carbs, shall I just eat more fruit, veg etc?! I'm new to this whole calorie counting thing :(
