well beforehand I ate horribly, so I cut all of the junk out completely, at least 8 glasses of water, plenty of fruit and veg etc, and the 30 Day Shred plus a few crunches some evening! I am VERY happy! :)

oh and sometimes instead of chicken we have salmon, or tuna (I don't like many types of fish)

you didn't lose anything while doing the shred? I got confused when you said you didnt but then said you went from losing 5lb a week to 1-1.5lb a week? Sorry.

OHHHH so MFP says my calorie goal is 1330, so I burn those just being alive basically? Then when I work out I'm burning more? Yes? This is all so confusing :blushing: I'm not losing weight very fast AT ALL. :( I don't understand why. I'm sticking really strictly to my diet, exercising etc and still next to nothing.

I did the shred, it hurt but by the end it was manageable! I couldn't not do it, I felt guilty :ohwell:

I can't swim :blushing: I work out at home as I don't have a gym membership, it just sucks to be so willing and ready and motivated then not being able to.

see I REALLY do not want to eat things I did before. I ate terribly and that would just feel like a huge step back.

I'm terrible for snacks, I don't snack now, I think because before starting working out etc I would binge so I'm worried I'll do that again :( I don't like nuts (they make me cough for hours!) I love peanut butter though
