Feeling fed up.
Feeling thoroughly fed up today. I am very hungry and very tired. I should be feeling great after 19lb loss. I feel bloated and horrible and my stomach is sticking out like it used to. I really don't know if I am doing things right or if I am eating too little again. I wanted to lose weight quicker than this considering…

exercise calories
I use the exercise calories burned from this website but I always halve the number, say if i exercised for 1 hour on an exercise bike I would only enter 30 minutes as I know it waaaay over estimates the calories burned. Does anyone else do this?

Does alcohol really inhibit weightloss?
I stick to 1200/1300 a day (unless i exercise, I eat more) and within those 1200/1300 calories is one glass of wine in the evening. I haven't lost for 6 days and was wondering if it was the wine which was doing it even though it is in my calorie limit?

I don't know why this keeps happening?
Ok it's been 2 weeks and i've stayed the same weight despite sticking religiously to 1200 - 1300. I got on the scales this morning feeling flatter and I have put a pound on. I am so upset.

Losing the will.
I am new to this. I am a 27 female, 5ft 2 and currently 169lb (start weight 183lb). I believe I have 'lightly exercise' as I am a nurse (which involves running around 4 days a week with no break). I have stuck to 1200 - 1300 calories a day. I have been dieting now for 4 weeks. During the first 2 weeks I lost 11 lb and was…
