polar A300 internal memory capacity?
i ordered polar a300 other day, should be getting it in a few days. i realize there are syncing issues with the app on android. i think i will just sync to my pc every few days or so, just wondering how many days of data can the watch hold prior to syncing? i really wish POLAR would support something else other than…

heart rate during exercise question
hey everyone. quick question..i notice when im exercising (either brisk walking or elleptical) i can go to around 168bpm. when i cut back and go around 152 (high end of my maximum heart rate) it feels to easy? is it just me, or have you had experiences like this?

homemade ice cream with skim milk..calories per serving?
anyone have any idea how many calories are in a cup of home made ice cream with skim milk? heavy whipping cream is the only ingredient that has fat content. any advice would be appericated. thanks!

white bread?
hello all, has anyone else totally cut white bread out of their diet? i did, and the results have been amazing. i just eat 100% whole wheat now. if i had a choice between a snickers bar or a plain white bagel with peanut butter, i would choose the bagel every time! white bread was my comfort food.

love the elleptical?
anyone else love the elleptical for cardio? i use the elleptical about 4 times a week (used to workout on it more, but dropped 2 days because of weight lifting) i love it, low impact and i don't worry about hurting joints afterwards.. thoughts anyone?

should i only drink a whey protein supplement after weight lifting? i do cardio 3 to 4 times a week and 2 days of weight training with personal trainer.
